How To Find Them

TLC is comprised of five divisions: TLC Leadership Academy, TLC Staffing Solutions, TLC Education Institute, TLC Coaching and Counseling Center, and Heather’s Hope: A Center for Victims of Crime.
Located in Audubon, Pennsylvania as a licensed and accredited private school, TLC Leadership Academy serves students in grades 7-12. The school’s focus is on high academic standards, social-emotional learning (SEL), and community service.
TLC also serves students through TLC Staffing Solutions by placing mental health professionals, positive behavior coaches, safety and climate coaches, and college and career counselors in various school districts throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area.
TLC Education Institute provides comprehensive, evidence-based trainings that examine the impact of trauma on individuals, families, and systems.
In partnership with Montgomery County’s Office of Children and Youth (OCY), TLC Coaching and Counseling Center provides substance abuse education, family strengthening, home organization, and case management services.
Finally, TLC provides mobile counseling, case management, and art therapy services for Montgomery County residents of any age through Heather’s Hope: A Center for Victims of Crime.
TLC takes a transformational approach to serving individuals, families, and the community with a continual focus on its mission “to promote positive choices and cultivate meaningful connections through education, counseling, coaching, and consulting.”
“People often underestimate the profound impact that a single choice, a word or an action, can have on another – and through that person, a family, a community, and the world. At TLC, we recognize that every moment matters and every choice counts. Seemingly small actions can have a significant impact. We work hard to promote positive choices and cultivate meaningful connections to make a difference one moment at a time.” – Dr. GT Freeman, the CEO of The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth
